sociable - I use Peter Harkins’ plugin to provide the social networking buttons on each post.
Akismet - Anti-spam software is provided by Matt Mullenweg’s Askimet plugin.
Get Recent Comments - The handy recent comment section in the sidebar is provided by Krischan Jodies.
Back Up - Scott Merrill’s plugin ensures tygerland is backed-up, just in case some goon spills coffee on something important.
Moblogging - is provided by Dirk Elmendorf’s Postie plugin. Very cool!
Feedburner - these dudes provide the auto-subscribe buttons for feed aggregators.
Apple Macintosh - tygerland is written on Macs using the awesome Journaler.
Any media work is handled by my Ubuntu Linux-powered desktop. GIMP is my favoured image manipulation software. Audio is mixed on Audacity.
Nikon D80 - In the main I use a Nikon D80 DSLR for image capture. Otherwise I use a Pentax Optio X compact or Nokia N95 8GB & Sony Ericsson K800i camera phones.
bluehost - who host tygerland. I have had very little downtime using bluehost’s linux-powered servers. Bluehost also has a very cool cron interface
Firefox 2 - is the prefered browser for drafting posts on the blog.
Oh, and the blog would never have got off the ground without Lavazza coffee.
