Ashleeee Vance wrote this piss-poor article criticising Linux on The Register (el Reg to those in the know), which has been thoroughly ripped to shit here. It appears this guy likes to write gash, ill-informed articles; and presumably, he’s paid to do so. So the question on my lips, is: can any idiot make it as a columnist in the States, and if so, is there room for one more?*
