We had a power flicker too, while I was half way through encoding a DVD of pictures of Little Penguin with backing music to send to his grandparents. Thankfully I'd just saved the project before the power interruption decided to reboot the machine. Strangely enough my Linux PC stayed on throughout, only affected Mrs Penguin's Windows machine.
