I have an appetising two-course feast for you. How about a helping of piss-poor Daily Mail pseudo-journalism, followed by a course of piss-poor Tory Blogger mock-outrage?

Oh, you’re not hungry?

The Tories are still desperate to run a US-Style attack against Labour on the blogosphere, but alas, they’re also so woefully short of talent. Ah bless.

It’s not as if civil servants can’t have or express opinions, it’s just that they have to be a bit circumspect (me included even though I am on a lot less than £100k a year!) It sounds like the Mail did the the equivalent of of bin diving on his blog, found some comments and took them massively out of context

Then again I suppose we all could go any blog and by taking comments out of context prove that the owner eats baby for sunday dinner….

Dinner is a little early for baby. I prefer mine at supper, poached.

I really don’t like ‘blog wars’, but the idiocy displayed by UK Daily Pundit…

I mean, he didn’t get the Neimoller reference, or he did but thinks that sniggering about the Nazis is the height of wit (read the comments below his dittohead piece).

Does he bother addressing Tom Worstall’s points? Hah! Not as much fun as childish abuse, is it?
