A right load of thoggers

Tom has tagged me.

Which ‘earns’ me this spiffing badge: -

thogger

Apparently, I’m now a “thogger”. As you can imagine, it’s quite a responsibility to decide who I forward it on to.

I tag.

1. Juve at Bread & Circuses. Cheeky political insight

2. Jams at The Poor Mouth. Proving that an obsession with cats doesn’t have to mean incarceration

3. Fora. Quickly became a daily read

4. Mrs. Melancholy at Confessions of a Psychotherapist. Looks deep into your soul, and proceeds to scare the hell out of you

5. Yellow Duck. For his commitment to dredging up obscure stories from the European press (being a mate, I’ll kindly overlook his occasional hissy-fit transgressions)

Obviously there are other blogs who deserve this badge, but I trust you’ll share it among yourselves and use your 5 nominations wisely (so don’t bitch if I didn’t tag you, it just means you weren’t good enough. Life’s cruel. Get over it.).

    Weren’t good enough for whom?

    Away with all this competitiveness!

  2. 2 Ms Melancholy

Aawh, tygs, thanks. Not Saussure already tagged me with this one, too. Does it not smack of elitism, though? (Discuss, in less than 500 words.) Today I am a non-thinking blogger as I am too full of tapas and Cruz Campo and my heart remains in the beautiful olive groves of Jaen. I may do it if ever I recover my capacity to think.

(I love it when you talk tough, by the way. You really would make a good therapist, you know.)

    anticant,

There are over 5 hundred judges who review the blogosphere on my behalf. I can’t argue with their judgement.

    MsM,

Already chosen? T’sk. Why do I bother?

I’ll just go and thow myself under a bus.

being assertive, being insightful, capable of setting boundaries count. but what about self awareness?

just some thoughts - prompted by “you would make a good therapist”.

Over 500 judges reviewing the blogosphere on your behalf, Tyger? I didn’t realise you are the Emperor of Big Cats. G. Galloway must be feeling humiliated…..

  6. 6 tyger

500 is of course a very conservative estimate…

  7. 7 tyger

    Traffic,

    Am I not self-aware?

    What a very metaphysical observation…

  8. 8 jamsodonnell

Ah thanks Tyger but I’ve already been tageed too, What say you I ramble on at length about cats instead?????

  9. 9 jamsodonnell

    Seriously, thanks for the tag!

  10. 10 Caroline

Hate to say this, but John Baker reckons it’s a scam. http://johnbakersblog.co.uk/thinking-blogger-award/ Sorry I can’t do links in comments.

  11. 11 YellowDuck

Again, Caroline proves she is not just a pretty face.

  12. 12 Caroline

Are you being sarcastic duck? I need someone to teach me how to put links in comments. Please.

  13. 13 YellowDuck

    Sarcastic, moi? Never.

  14. 14 tyger

    Jams,

I jotted down a few lines about cats earlier. If I get chance to finish it (so busy!), I’ll put it up.
