I wonder what the stats for Britain are. M&S was started by a Russian immigrant, Marks. Sainsburies and Tesco were also founded by immigrants. New Look was founded by a Sikh. Patak's with 700 employees was founded by East African Asians. Most of the City investment banks - Lazards, Rothschilds were founded by Jewish immigrants. There are probably loads more examples.
