It is interesting to see many others do the same: This is not merely a case of blogger-boys-club-back-scratching, but recommendations based on sincerely held beliefs about the quality of a writer&#8217;s output. Having said that, a novel is a very different type of writing than blogging, and there may not be a correlation between lengthy fiction, and pithy political opination. [...]</description>

		<description>If you've got the time, please launch a similarly vociferous campaign to get my own book, Welcome To The Machine: OK Computer And The Death Of The Classic Album into shops by Christmas. It's not due for publication until April, and I'm still correcting the proofs, but there's nothing like a bit of cross-media synergy to assist the marketing effort.</description>
